This review is long overdue - I've been renting cars from Thrifty Pasadena for quite awhile. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Not only do they have great rates, but the guys who work there are so kind and helpful. I've never once felt like I'm getting taken advantage of (which I have at other rental places). They always go above and beyond to get me what I need, when I need it. Best place I've ever rented a car from.
I rented a car from Thrifty at Bob Hope Airport through Priceline for one day as my car was getting worked on. I returned the car 1 hour late and was charged an additional FULL PRICE day charge for the one hour. I called Thrifty and after being on hold for 45 minutes was told that there is nothing that they can do. I tried to explain traffic and my situation but was told sorry, that is the rules. I will NEVER rent Thrifty again and will make sure that everyone that I know won't either.
