Went to collect my car ...and because my digital licence wasn't refreshed it would not be accepted. So I tried to refresh and lost ALL my information. The ridiculous reason I was given was that my licence may be cancelled and they wouldn't know ...however the lady beside me gave here licence to the staff and because it was an actual licence they said it was OK.
