The car was nice however I was supposed to drop car on 12 pm, I reached to place at 12:30 and realized due to public holiday it’s closed, after 30 minutes calling finally could get customer service in touch and I be been told I have no choice other than come next day. Next day morning at 10:30 am I’ve dropped the car however I got extra day charge in addition unexpected costs like gst and protection which didn’t want it for that 30 minutes delay, it cost me 110 dollars extra for 30 minutes delay. Went to collect my car ...and because my digital licence wasn't refreshed it would not be accepted. So I tried to refresh and lost ALL my information. The ridiculous reason I was given was that my licence may be cancelled and they wouldn't know ...however the lady beside me gave here licence to the staff and because it was an actual licence they said it was OK.
