A bad location for parking to put it mildly . As for the customer service department at thrift they’re laughing at the problem right to the customer after receiving a 100 dollar ticket for the Airport Authority. The construction workers waved us into the parking lot and when we returned to our vehicle after doing business with Thrifty Car Rental Company. There's no sign in the parking lot which says Thrifty on it. There was nobody at the Thrifty counter fir me to return my keys at the Counter. No instructions listed on what to do in that case.
