Great service, have been using them for years! They cant control weather conditions but they do their best and we have never had a problem!
Really disappointing recent experience with Thrifty. Rented a van that had a major issue with CarPlay so couldn’t use Waze. Spent half an hour at pick up trying to resolve with them, but it couldn’t be fixed so had to use my phone hands free which was dangerous and very inconvenient. Complained but not interested and no partial refund. Won’t be using them again. Not recommended.
Friendly staff, easy to find, close to a bus stop.
Very professional and well organised. Everything on time. Friendly as well
