Hi, the gentleman that waited on me when I went to pick up the car was amazing and when and I dropped off the car the young man was amazing . A few days later I called dollar rent and they said that I owed 145.00 because their was something wrong with the motor and I have never had an issue or have I heard of such a thing. How is it my fault that their was something wrong with the motor. I shouldn't have to pay for it . Besides that we had a wonderful trip.

I have a suggestion. Hand out keys at the desk rather than make customers go to yet another place to get the keys. I drove a friend who uses a walker to the airport Thrifty place today for her to pick up a car and she had to go inside with her walker. Then, after she got back to where I had parked by the curb, I stowed the walker and drove her over to a small building, parked in a spot, got out and retrieved the keys which required her signature. No complaints about the staff or the process. The staff was efficient and helpful. Pick up and drop off were painless.But the car interior could have been cleaner. Especially the windshield, which looked as though it had not been cleaned in ages.
