Horrible. They take your license and can’t even type your 4 letter last name anywhere close to what it is and put it on the contract. Then they give you the key and make you inspect your own vehicle without an employee that is trained to do so. Then when you return the car, THEN they have a trained professional inspect the car. Only after. Not before. I kept the car in a garage the whole time and never used the trunk, and they accused me of damaging the car/trunk and filed a claim.
