I had a problem with my rental car in Maui and I couldn't get a live person to talk to. The only thing they had was Roadside Assistance which I didn't need, I needed to exchange the car because it had a hard time starting and had no suspension at all, felt like I was driving on rocks. Absolutely no customer service without taking the car back, getting charged another hold on my credit card and starting over. Very frustrating. I won't rent with them again.

Great service and the prices are very competitive. They got my truck in the next morning and had it fixed by noon. They made every effort to save me money on the repairs. Very knowledgeable and responsive. The mechanic called me directly to explain everything. Super happy with them both for renting and for mechanic services. I will be using them from now on.

Purchased a car there a couple of months ago, and James was really helpful. He wasn't too pushy like most cars salesmen and he always wanted to help instead of push me into buying. He made sure I was happy and content with my purchase, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car.

These guys are the BEST!!! I bring my car from Boise to Benny to work on, I have a 2013 Nissan Altima, I was taking it to the dealership in Boise for 6 years until they continued price gouging me, every 3-6 months when it was time for an oil change, they would tell me I needed a new this or that, until I met Thrifty and Benny!!! I trust Thrifty 110%, he has taken such great care of my car! Doesn't try to sell me what I don't need, it's always been very hard for me to trust mechanics.......until now!
