We booked a car through booking.com, got to Thrifty and they said it hadn’t come through. They said they were too busy to call the 1300 number and we had to do it ourselves. Our NZ numbers couldn’t call an Aus 1300 number. They let us use a desk phone and after ten minute trying find our booking with the agent they realised it had gone through to Hertz and not Thrifty. Nous avons réservé une voiture pour le 1 janvier à partir de 10h.. Arrivé sur place l’agence était fermé aucune information nous avait été fournis… nous sommes revenu le lendemain à 8h et on a une eu la bonne surprise que notre réservation a été annulé pour non présentation… nous avons donc du payer une nouvelle voiture plus chère…
