Un scandale : la voiture qui nous a été louée est tombée en panne à 2 reprises, sans aucun dédommagement proposé pour le risque encouru et le temps perdu. Pire, l'assistance téléphonique n'a pas été capable de nous venir en aide et des frais téléphoniques supplémentaires nous ont été débités. Nous déconseillons fortement ce loueur.
This service is a scam dont go. First they never have the car even if you have a reservation. So they start by selling you another car more expensive of course that you can have right away. And when you come back with no scratch nothing. You have employee who will literally scratch your car. We had a tesla so we should have the sentry mode. And of course they can't give it to you funny no ? So they try to charge you even if you have pictures that prouves what you are saying. Assurance et conducteur payé en double avec Economy booking et Thrifty. La BMW loué à Vegas , manque de prestone, toit ouvrant n’a jamais fonctionné durant le voyage.. au retour le préposé n’a jamais été capable!! Pneus différents à l’avant et l’arrière et complètement finis à l’avant… usés à la corde!! Essayer de parler à quelqu’un qui vous écoute et comprend … plus de chance au 6/49. On m’offre 50$😂😂😂 assez malhonnête qu’on m’empêche de publier des photos!!! Vous tenir loin de cette compagnie de mer…..
