Reserved a vehicle at this location. But when I went to pick up the vehicle at my reservation time, they said there were no vehicles available to give me. They said they always overbooked. So what’s even the point of making a reservation??
DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM. AGAIN DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM. I had a 5-day trip booked and was renting a car from these so-called "car rental" company. A day before my trip they called me and said, we have no car for you, THAT'S IT? Ridiculous. Tried emailing and calling customer service. Even worst. Sorry sir we don't have a car anything else we can help you with? If you are even a pinch unpolite, they will hang up.
THIS location LACKS customer service!! I had a reservation for a vehicle and on pickup they had only 1 car remaining at this very small location. I took the vehicle but realized within 2 hours the rental wasn’t going to work for me. I needed a vehicle for 3 days. I contacted the 1-877 number to be told my location had 2 cars to swap out. I asked if they could hold one for me while I drove back to the rental office. They replied “no”.
