THIS location LACKS customer service!! I had a reservation for a vehicle and on pickup they had only 1 car remaining at this very small location. I took the vehicle but realized within 2 hours the rental wasn’t going to work for me. I needed a vehicle for 3 days. I contacted the 1-877 number to be told my location had 2 cars to swap out. I asked if they could hold one for me while I drove back to the rental office. They replied “no”. Worst customer service. When I reached there they said they didn't have any car, they didn't even cancel it and gave me a refund. Full of cheaters. Don't take any rentals from thrifty. Fraud alert!!
