If there was a 0 rating, I would give it. Do not even waste your time trying to book with them. For some reason they tell you they never have cars even if you book well in advance. And their customer support is the rudest I’ve ever seen. Both in person and on line. I repeat, do not waste your time at McAllen airport with any of Hertz/Dollar/Thrifty. Trash companies
I got charged almost $60 for gas. I RETURNED THE VEHICLE WITH A FULL TANK. The people at the desk are rude and very unhelpful. Can not get in contact with customer service. Have not been refunded for the $60 charge.
Terrible service, you will receive unauthorized additional charges, reserved cars are never available.
