Got a rental online and pay it for it. Show up no rental car. Need to take my kids to a camp and travel tomorrow and now car as of now. Man hope they do better, if I pay for something I expect to get a service, maybe first and last time I rent from this company @thriftycarrental I know you can do and plan better

I refueled the vehicle before returning it to the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle I originally paid for was not available for three fays 99.00. But Hertz and Thrifty charged an additional $105. Other rental companies honor the reservation price and provide the available vehicle without charging extra when the reserved vehicle is unavailable.
