Car was fine. Telephone uatomer service in adjusting an overcharge was very, very good!
This location is an unorganized disaster. If only zero stars were an option.
Courteous and prompt service. Convenient location for residents in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
Absurd. Multiple customers who reserved cars had no cars available. A disaster of a location to rent from. The clerk at the desk was great but whoever manages this location should be fired. Period.
Very long wait due to inefficiency, each customer takes 10-15 minutes, plus the time to the the car.
