Super easy rental process. Got the car I asked for, and it was great. Team (especially Kenneth) were nice and helpful. Super easy return, too. Recommend them unreservedly.
They let to book the car since 3pm, when you arrive you see the store is closed at 3pm weekdays.

I wish I can give 0 stars. Impossible to connect to a customer service agent whether in store or online. Rental closed out more than 3 weeks ago and I am still getting charged fees with no email explanation. I open my credit card account and see random thriftynycfee for $14 with no justification or reason. 3 charges so far and no idea why. Customer service number disconnects whenever they want. Couldn't speak to anyone. I will report to the police. I have to go to the store physically as I can't speak to anyone. Tried for mo... read more
