Excellent! We forgot something in the car and they're sending it to us! Excellent customer service!
Reserved a Chrysler Pacifica with all-wheel drive and stow and go seats that fold flat in the floor. Arrived to pick up a two-wheel drive Toyota Sienna with seats that don't fold flat. It gets worse. Completely out of washer fluid and the employee left 6 in of ice on the roof of the van. This rental company is a complete joke. Manchester is a cesspool.
I booked a rental at the last minute and was completely satisfied with the ease, efficiency and affordability of the process! I will be a returning customer !
My car was clean, ran good, good on gas, and the whole process was very easy.
The only issue I had was that it was hard to find the place to go for this company when I got to the airport. Otherwise it was great. The car was great. Everything else was great.
