Stay away!! I rented a car from them on 11/21 and was pushed into additional insurance. I came to my senses and called Thrifty the next day. I spoke to an agent and asked to have it removed. She confirmed it would be removed. I was relieved and went on my way. I returned the car and told the agent the same thing. He confirmed it would be removed and all was good.
