Extemely difficult man to deal with. He gave me a rental car quote and then kept adding obscene charges AFTER he had charged my card! This was unacceptable and I cancelled everything! More than a week later these charges are still not refunded! If this continues I will be forced to take them to small claims court to get my money back plus hardship compensation! These people should be investigated and shutdown!

Return is confusing, no walk around when I picked up the car, no one there to greet me when I dropped off the vehicle. Paid for high end car ended up getting EV car which sucked.. also the gas was not filled up when I picked up the car. Costed me 25$ to fill for 15km of my driving . Not a great experience. No recipe for my expenses have to wait to get it emailed. Hopefully I get it.

Terrible experience at Thrifty KELOWNA AIRPORT LOCATION. My dad had a confirmed reservation from the night before, but when he arrived, the employee took his payment and then admitted there was no car ready. They kept delaying him, gave vehicles to other customers first, and eventually said the car meant for him was broken. After nearly an hour of waiting, he left without a vehicle at all. Rude staff, poor communication, and a complete disregard for reservations. Avoid this location!
