10/10 experience. Flight landed at 7:30 pm. Picked up the keys on the way to baggage claim and took about 2 minutes. They were ready and waiting on the counter. The counter is shared with another rental car company inside (can’t remember what one). Car was clean (sedan) and $63 for 2 days. Cheaper than Ubers to and from the airport! Great experience.

The car was great, however when I returned the vehicle, they charged me with a fraudulent late fee, when i picked it up the desk lady agreed I would bring it back around 1 pm 10 days later, my flight got delayed, I called them to let them know id be 45 minutes later because of my flight they said ok no problem, I returned my car at 1:48 pm and was charged a 2 hour late fee which was NEVER disclaimed or revealed to me that I would be charged. Took a 4-day trip with my girlfriend, nice car, great gas mileage, no issues when I dropped it off. A week later, I wake up to a $50 charge from the rental place. I call to ask what it’s for, and they tell me the car “smelled like smoke.” Neither of us smoke. After I push back, the story changes now it’s an “offensive smell.” When I ask what exactly it smelled like, they can’t even tell me. They were awesome! I rented a car for my wedding week and they gave a big discount on a brand new white Jeep Gladiator. All the girls at the deck were so helpful! They also helped me add my soon-to-be-spouse at no charge as an additional driver! So nice and great customer service - 10:10 recommend! Thanks Sophie + Val + Debbie!!!
