Dropped the rental off after fueling up at the Shell petrol station next door. A few days later my bond payment was reimbursed. This was lower than i was expecting. Once the invoice arrived the following day and I was charged a 1 way fee stating I'd dropped the car off at Rocklea. I contacted customer service and after a week was told that the car was returned to Rocklea and that I would need to provide a photo or reciept showing I dropped it at Yamanto. The worst hire car experience ever. Never ever will use again. Hired car 9/9 and returned 13/9 full of fuel and no issues told my $200 bond will be refunded in a week or so. Next thing I see is a charge for $373.12 on 18/9 tomorrow credit card. So I call on 19/9 and explain and was told the rental not closed and asked me if I still had the car which I obviously said no.
