I booked midsize SUV, Toyota RAV4 or similar through my RBC Visa - Avion Rewards points. At the airport office, the associate offered me upgrade. Great experience with Thrifty at Halifax Airport. The car was in very good condition, clean and reliable, and the whole rental process was smooth and uncomplicated. Pickup was quick, and the return process was easy and completely hassle-free. Friendly staff and excellent value overall. Would definitely rent here again!
Return car agent took two unopened soda cans out of the front console as we were unloading and said “thank you for the Diet Coke!” and then walked away. Weirdest interaction. Rent somewhere else.
I booked a full size car via expedia and paid in full. When i went there there was no car and they gave a compact car. They told me they only have suv left, which i had to pay way more money extra.
