I also feel resentful towards these people who are Thrifty Rent a Car. I paid 4 times more than what was advertised, there is a scheme that must be dismantled in the eyes of the Law. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENT-A-CAR

Car was very dirty, a literal cookie on the floor. The fuel wasn’t full, but they made us fill it up completely. One of the tires didn’t have enough air, so we had to fill it up. The car was parked in a dark area, meaning we couldn’t inspect it properly since they don’t inspect it. We were tired after our flight, and the queue to get our car took forever, even though we had a reservation. We left feeling extra tired. Won’t be choosing Thrifty ever again, do not recommend.

Horrible staff, would not get us the car we pre booked then made us upgrade and charged us the extra cost to upgrade. We were told there was no manager on site and would have to call to resolve this problem. Only 3 staff working so the line was huge compared to all other car rental companies there. All around just a horrible so called company to deal with. Absolutely terrible. There was only 3 people working (1 guy was just sitting behind the counter doing nothing) when there was a big lineup and takes so long per customer.
