Great start to a holiday. Nobody at counter. 50+ people lined up in hertz line to accommodate their customers and thrifty customers. 2 guys trying their best to keep the piece. Spoke too soon. We’re down to 1 guy at the counter. Over an hour in line. Great service. Wish I could give a lower review. Mark. Never again👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would give 0 stars if I could. Incredibly frustrating experience. If we book and PAY for a car two months in advance and set the PICKUP time, we should be able to PICK IT UP at that time (max half an hour later), not TWO HOURS later. It shouldn’t take over two hours to sign the papers, find us a car and get the keys. Our entire itinerary for the day has been derailed and we missed our lunch reservation due to this wait. A terrible experience. Car was previously booked for 1:30 PM, we did not receive the car keys until 3:55 PM. The booking was for a hybrid car specifically, however, the after confirming with the representative that the car we are getting is a hybrid, the we were offered was a a regular Toyota Corolla. After I brought this up with them, they offered us a hybrid car, that was larger than what we initially requested. The entire experience was just terrible and the wait time just ruined the beginning of our trip

Booked for 1:30pm. Got the car at 4PM!!!!!!!! Literally insane. We booked a hybrid and they gave us a non hybrid. Terrible experience overall. Customer support wasn’t helpful and we were on the phone for 40 minutes. We will not be booking with them again.

Told $1400 over the phone. Charged $2400 at the counter. Couldn't split between 2 cards so they shortened my rental by 3 days. Told me to call and extend so I did. Then when I went to return they tried to charge me an $80 late fee. Over an hour to pick up and return. If you want affordable fast service with no hidden fees rent elsewhere.
