Horrible experience. They do not pick up the phone. Thrifty or Hertz. Not helpful w 3rd party reservations. Finally got Thrifty --- rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Never ever again. Btw this is not near the airport and does not have any shuttle service despite them saying it. Hidden fees as well. Don't do it.
This location doesn't even answer there phone. I called 10 times because I had a reservation and I could never get a hold of them
