Hi,This past Wednesday, I needed to rent a vehicle due to a car repair. I work in Community Care and I did have to cancel some visits but the ladies/staff there were extremely helpful from the get go and were very much a part of turning my week into a positive life experience. I am Grateful!!

Horrible customer service. They couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. Maybe that suggests something wrong with me. Regardless it was a bad experience and I would not like to repeat that. I got the message loud and clear, never calling back here.

Great experience with thrifty in Fredericton. The ladies arranged for me to pick up the car after hours.The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this place for a car rental.

Wow!!! Just WOW!! Don't judge a book by its cover. After reading some of the negative reviews on here I was sceptical, but boy!!! Was I pleasantly surprised. First off, the ladies at the counter were VERRRY!!! nice and sweet. I had my four yr old with me and they were so nice to her. Also there was a mix up with my booking (understandable because I only did the booking online at 9pm the previous night) and the smaller sedan I booked wasn't available. Fantastic staff and service. Straight to the point, respectful and reasonable. Very reasonable prices too! I will be back whenever I need a good rental for a few days.
