One star. If you’re ever in Thrifty, car Reel FREDERICTON, New Brunswick—just don’t. I got a tiny!! chip on the windshield from normal winter driving, you know, sand and salt all over the roads, and these people wanted to charge me for a brand-new glass. Lady behind the counter? Super rude, zero sympathy. Prices already jacked up higher than everyone else in town. Basically highway robbery. Hi,This past Wednesday, I needed to rent a vehicle due to a car repair. I work in Community Care and I did have to cancel some visits but the ladies/staff there were extremely helpful from the get go and were very much a part of turning my week into a positive life experience. I am Grateful!!
Horrible customer service. They couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. Maybe that suggests something wrong with me. Regardless it was a bad experience and I would not like to repeat that. I got the message loud and clear, never calling back here.
Great experience with thrifty in Fredericton. The ladies arranged for me to pick up the car after hours.The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this place for a car rental.
