I have high status called presidents circle which used to come with nice cars but lately they’ve been slacking on the selection pretty same as gold lot, I am tho king about switching to a different rental company that actually has nicer upgraded cars for elite members

Avoid this rental location!! The representatives are rude and frequently are out of cars leaving people stranded. I am a Hertz gold member and had to wait an hour and a half for the wrong car and they told me to either take it or come back in 2 days and they might have a rental available. This location should have been shut down long ago.

Rented a vehicle, on the night of return there was flash flooding in the area. Tried to get to airport and roads were flooded 2ft deep. Called many times over and over, had to call general support and explained what was going on. They said that return the car in the morning and they will leave a note no charge for extra day due to flooding conditions. Tried to go when dropped off the line was supper long and had to go to work. Have been trying to call all day it just rings. No one answers phone. I can't speak to the location... read more
