The Thrifty staff at the Eagle Airport in Vail could not be nicer or more accommodating. Fast friendly service. Manager, Katrina went the extra mile to help me when I got bumped off my flight and had to extend my rental. Another plus: you are provided with a phone number for the local EGE station and an actual person answers! No going through a recording and prompts on an 800 number!
Moses was super professional and even showed me a spot to get some trout! Great job.
