Our experience started off with some confusion because there wasn't any signage in the airport indicating where Thrifty customers should pick up their vehicles. We eventually found a baggage employee who suggested trying the Dollar counter, which turned out to be correct, but there was nothing at the counter itself indicating that it also serves Thrifty customers. Rented here recently and had a seamless experience. Rep, Clint, was very friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed multiple times and I was worried they wouldn't have a car for me or be closed. Called and Clint assured me he'd stay until I arrived. Sure enough he was there and got me on my way quickly (with an upgrade!) with no uncomfortable upselling. I'd rent here confidently again. Thanks again Clint

A Disgraceful, Racist, and Fraudulent Experience – Avoid Rachel at This Location! My experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing. I had an existing reservation that I made online, but the general manager attempted to cancel it and charge me a higher price upon arrival. I rented the vehicle for two weeks and proactively informed the company that I would be returning it one day late. I had a good experience with Thrifty. Thrifty and Dollar are one and the same here. Check in was super simple and I received directions on where to walk out of the airport to pick up the rental. The vehicle was clean and it handled well. Returning the rental after hours was a breeze as well. There are arrows that direct you exactly where to go and there is a drop box at that parking area. Paying for the pre paid fuel ended up being a better deal than filling up the gas tank independently. I just made sure to return the renta... read more
