Awful experience. At time of check in was asked if I would like to add the name of anyone else who may drive the car….I hesitated to add a friend I was traveling with because I really didn’t feel like going through any extra paperwork, or providing his license, etc…..the GM, Rachel, who checked me in, could obviously read this on my face because she said, “we don’t need his license or anything”….so I said ok and added my friend. NO MENTION OF ANY FEES FOR ADDING AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER…..sign here and here and they rush you out... read more
Clinton was excellent. He was kind and extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed and the vehicle we expected was not available. Clinton implemented a workaround for us that was greatly appreciated. If you are fortunate, he will be on duty when you arrive.
I have to commend this team for the excellent customer service! starting with Katrina the sales manager, who was so gracious and accommodating when we needed changes made to our reservation, Jorge who handled the change quickly and accurately, ending with Rachel who helped me finalize the reservation, we so much care and warm. This location has a wonderful team! I wish them all an amazing new year!
Great rental! I was solo and got injured on the slopes which made for a challenge to get back tot he East Coast but the Thrifty team was great! They extended my rental—twice—and kept the rate very low then offered to meet me and drive me over to the terminal! This is the kind of service you hope for
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. BE AWARE: When you book online and it says UNLIMITED mileage. Its really NOT. You apparently have to click on terms and conditions to find that there are restricted states that you CANNOT drive to. Who does that after its already said UNLIMITED MILEAGE????? Every other car rental company that you rent from, when it says Unlimited Mileage...its ACTUALLY UNLIMITED.
