Everything went well with my rental. The only minor problem was finding a vehicle that fit the class of car I rented that had keys in the vehicle. Granted it was about 2:30 am and there were no lot attendents around. We did have to check 3/4 vehicles (mini-van)before we found one that was unlocked and had keys in the ignition. Other wise car ran well, was clean. Counter and lot attendents were fine.
Sales personal knowledgable and efficient. Car in great condition.
I had booked on carrentals.com. Due to a family emergency I was not able to pick up the car until 24 hours after the original scheduled time. Carrentals.com was no help in the rebooking however, the Thrifty employee at the counter was very helpful and was able to provide the original rate for which I reserved the car. I will definitely be back to Thrifty.
