DON’T BOOK WITH THRIFTY. Having to wait over 2 hours in the middle of the night with 2 small very tired children is unacceptable. They only have one staff member and it takes 2Omims per person. I have never seen a more inefficient system. Every other car hire desk had more than 1 person.
