DON’T BOOK WITH THRIFTY. Having to wait over 2 hours in the middle of the night with 2 small very tired children is unacceptable. They only have one staff member and it takes 2Omims per person. I have never seen a more inefficient system. Every other car hire desk had more than 1 person.
Incredibly slow service with only one staff member working with over 15 customers waiting to collect vehicles.
Arrived in town and made a last minute decision to hire a car. Booked it through Kayak. At the airport we were attended to by Claire. She's a wonderful credit to the Thrifty team.
