I see all the reviews and i can understand the frustration, it is a bit tricky to find it (hence the 4 stars)because Thrifty operates under Herz ,but other than that i have no complaints. I usually rent cars at the airport, but i have to say that this is better because the bus stop is very close to Marriott,so it saves me quite a bit of time and money. With that being said,you have to pay attention when you make the booking as to where the car rental is located and also ask the right questions at the front desk regarding pic... read more
DON'T GO HERE. They allowed us to book a car WITH NO AVAILABLE CARS. There are 28 people in the waiting list and they said they would "call us when one is available". This place should be audited for fraud.
Where to start? My reservation was made for Thrifty, but the signage says Hertz. No Thrifty on site. The car was waiting in the garage. There was no info given about accessing the garage: do I need a ticket or code to get out? Do I return the car to the garage or leave it in front of the hotel? Too many customer service gaps for me. Not up to par with other locations.
How does a car rental agency run out of cars to rent out? Like what sense does it make creating a reservation just for them to say nah no more cars?
