Trust me, save yourself, intense stress, and headachesDO NOT RENT HERE!!!! this place needs to be shut down look at the other reviews under a dollar and hertz; not enough staff laissez-faire staff, didn’t have cars for reservations, made customers run late
I see all the reviews and i can understand the frustration, it is a bit tricky to find it (hence the 4 stars)because Thrifty operates under Herz ,but other than that i have no complaints. I usually rent cars at the airport, but i have to say that this is better because the bus stop is very close to Marriott,so it saves me quite a bit of time and money. With that being said,you have to pay attention when you make the booking as to where the car rental is located and also ask the right questions at the front desk regarding pic... read more
DON'T GO HERE. They allowed us to book a car WITH NO AVAILABLE CARS. There are 28 people in the waiting list and they said they would "call us when one is available". This place should be audited for fraud.
