DON'T GO HERE. They allowed us to book a car WITH NO AVAILABLE CARS. There are 28 people in the waiting list and they said they would "call us when one is available". This place should be audited for fraud.
Where to start? My reservation was made for Thrifty, but the signage says Hertz. No Thrifty on site. The car was waiting in the garage. There was no info given about accessing the garage: do I need a ticket or code to get out? Do I return the car to the garage or leave it in front of the hotel? Too many customer service gaps for me. Not up to par with other locations.
How does a car rental agency run out of cars to rent out? Like what sense does it make creating a reservation just for them to say nah no more cars?
