I made a reservation with Thrifty, drove an hour to go pick up the car and they turned me away as they had no cars available. This is a very simply business process, you either have cars or not, don't rent them out if you don't have them. I would recommend steering clear of this store.
rented from Thrifty and they scammed me by upcharging me along with not replying to my emails. Even charged me $10.99 a gallon even though i brought it back in full. Didn't want to respond to my emails or calls, so this is how i repay the favor.
