We plan to rent a car here, but when we arrived, the lady informed us that there was no electricity and all rentals were canceled. It was such an awful experience for me. I came all the way there and they cancelled last minute without informing us. Service wasn't professional too. They could do better!
This place is a straight up scam. Made a reservation only to show up in a regular parking lot that obviously isn’t meant for car rentals. Lady with piercings and unprofessional workout attire demanded that my partner and I leave the premises the moment we had arrived. They claimed that all orders had been cancelled due to “power outages”. I would strongly recommend not booking with them as the whole experience was completely absurd and professionalism extremely lacking.
