Good car, good service. Smelled a little like mildew when I first got it, like they washed the carpets but didn't get all the water out. Smell went away after about a day. Otherwise, car was great, service was great.
Had to get a rental while my transmission was being replaced for a few days Thrifty was easy to use and got me taken care of in about 15 minutes. At least at the time I was getting my car, there wasn’t as big of a selection of vehicles to choose from, but I hear this varies everywhere you go. Was treated great with a friendly staff! Was given the keys, let know that I needed to fill the car prior to return, signed some paperwork and off I went! Great experience.

My husband, dog and I were rear-ended by a semi on the interstate. While I was in the hospital the tow truck brought my husband to this location after he had called and confirmed they had a vehicle available so we could get back home to Montana upon my release. After arriving the clerk was incredibly rude, informed my husband that there were no available vehicles and even if there were he would not be allowed to rent one due to our dog.
