This is the worst service ever!!!! You call the number and they send you to AI not a person and you could never reach the Thrifty office to talk to someone in the Fl office. They send you to an outsource location that the people who takes the call is very hard to understand or there is a communication gap. I had to tell the person 5 times date and time, but he still could not get it right that I just hung up on him because of the frustration
