Let me start with Magbet is one of the worst people to deal with he try’s to give you a run down of things but I have never dealt with someone as bad and scammer like when try to rent a car he tried to up charge us $600 for something we didnt need this is where management needs to get involved!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Worst experience trying to rent a car. Was quoted price online and then at counter price changed with unmentioned hidden fees. Worst experience I would rent through Turo much easier.

we accidentally went to the wrong station. Instead of helping or offering any understanding, they charged us an outrageous $70 for what was essentially a mistake caused by their poor communication. No warning, no flexibility – just a flat-out charge. This is nothing short of theft. It felt like they were just waiting for us to make a mistake so they could squeeze more money out of us. Well if your local they have different rules for rental. When you order through Priceline . You pay everything then you show up and they give you the surprise that the bill is bigger

Where do I start, Picked up car and it was a bit dirty! Smelled like cigarettes and cheap perfume!!! Put up with it cause we were in a rush! Guy at counter said to bring it back by 5 when returning. Ok Didn’t realize I was being charged $9!! I did return it at 3:30!!! 5 days after I returned I my cc said they charged $815!!! So in total over $1,000!!! I have my contract that says $169 a week!!! With all the fees it was $250 a week $250X3 weeks $750!!! Tried to call them and I cannot reach a person!!!
