Booked a Toyota Camry (hybrid) and was told “you have been upgraded to an SUV” Original rental price was $369, but were flogged an extra $200 for the “upgrade” I assumed being upgraded was complimentary !!! I wasn’t aware of this extra cost until we got home. So be careful when you are “upgraded” as they charge you more $$ Flogs
Great service
We hired a Prado from them in July and had a mechanical problem but were able to drive it to El Questro where I called them from. At 8am the next morning a new Prado was delivered to El Questro from Kununurra. Absolutely Sensational service in a world where this sort of help is sadly disappearing. I will be renting cars from Thifty forever after that
