Upon arrival to Brisbane airport, it is hard to know where you need to go to receive the hired car. I ended up getting directions from an airport staff member who was able to direct me over the skywalk. Down at the thrifty office, nobody was there when I arrived for around 10 minutes. I arrived at Terminal D. I found these at the counter opposite baggage claim. You just need to follow the signs — they will lead you to where you can pick up the car. I hope these helpful
