What started as 200 two day rental turned to 800 over a couple hours late, and some pet hair on the front seat.
BE CAREFUL!! This company scams. $500 for 2 days, when it was supposed to be $287.47 total. Lots of additional hidden fees and customer support isn't helpful. The windshield was also cracked and we had to wait in line for 1 hour to get the car to begin with. I've never been so disappointed! GO ELSEWHERE, THE OPPOSITE OF THRIFTY!
I saw a lot of negative reviews which made me hesitant at first but I had a great experience with Dollar Rental. Line was not long when I arrive me but that might just be the luck of timing of my flight arrival. The representative was friendly. I got a clean car with low miles. I returned it back on time. Everything was smooth.
The worst customer service ever, bad attitude, the will lie about your reservation even with an email they sent themselves. Just bunch of charges keep adding up right at the counter for no reason.
After reading reviews I was leary of renting from Thrifty, but we had a great experience, good customer service and a reliable rental car.
