My check in guy wasn't so nice, he acted as if I didn't own a major credit card to get the vehicle. Judging the book by its cover. Seemed a little racist towards me, but whatever. I whipped out my credit card and shut the bad vibe down. The vehicle i got was amazing, they were the only company that had an emergency vehicle in my time of need. I had an F-150 and we loved it, very spacious, big, and rode smooth. Just the gas killed me, lol. The return process was way smoother and the lady was very nice. God is good!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Pickup and return were both very easy. My only complaint is the person cheking me in didn't explain that the upgrade was another 12.00 a day. When he said he had an upgrade, I thought it was a promo of some sort. I did sign for it but didn't realize there was a charge.

I reserved a compact vehicle online for just myself well in advance. The day of my pick up, all they had were large SUVs. They said 12 cars hadn’t been returned that day that were planned for drop off. I ended up having to drive a mini van for my trip which was inconvenient.
