Friendly staff (the lady under the HERTZ sign).. process was easy and got our car in no time. There were 3 attendants at that moment (2 from hertz and 1 from thrifty)..
Friendly staff and smooth rental procedure. Just that I'm not sure how the online checkin helped the process. Being given an upgrade we thought it would have better interior the only thing it gave was more space, the Apple connection which we had to buy a new lead for and view screen are very small. The car was nothing spectacular but in new condition. Had to return to put another driver on.
