They ripped me off upon return. Charged me for 5 gallons of gas at $10.99 a gallon when I returned the car with the tank completely full. Took it out of my deposit. I will never use Thrifty again.

Vehicle was what I reserved, fairly clean with all floor mats missing when picked up. Rental counter was closed when the vehicle was returned an hour early at 11:30am. Dropped off the keys in box with the contract, had mileage and full fuel tank noted. Received no final bill 24 hours later and had an additional unknown pending charge of $123 on top of the rental cost and $200 security deposit. The AI customer service call center is worthless. I reserved a full-size SUV a month and a half or two months before our trip and when we arrive to pick up our vehicle, the only car they had was a compact. There was no discount there was nothing deducted for the inconvenience and ruining of our trip. I will never go through thrifty again!
Slowest service ever. Longest line with 1 attendant on duty for 3 car companies.
