Avoid this place like the plague, I returned the vehicle early after being told by thrifty I would receive a refund all that needed to be done is call a number once I returned the car 5 days early called the number they said I was giving the wrong information. So they did a successful bait and switch do not trust this company. Every place you call gives you another number and say that it's on this place and that place they do a never ending circle to you give up. The young man at the counter was very helpful and courteous..made sure everything was to my liking not like others who give you more trouble than anything like enterprise..never use them thrifty take care of there clients...I forgot the gentlemans name who helped me.i think his name was Aries..if I'm wrong my apologies,most helpful service.i will be using them again..thanks thrifty rental

I recently rented from here and didn't have the best experience. First the car they gave me definitely needed some service, the alert would come on every time the car started. Second, I didn't "prepay" fuel and so they penalized despite the fact that I returned the car to them Full. I literally made sure it was extra full at a gas station like 1 -2 exits up (about 3-4 miles away). So of course I called and the main number and spoke to someone because that was unacceptable. Car was dirty on the inside. Still had trash in it (partially used drink cans, trash from a previous renter, sativa packages). Car kept notifying us that an oil change was due. Lastly, check in took 45-60mins AFTER rental time to receive the rental. I still have not received my final bill yet.

I would rate zero stars if I could. They have no work around if you don’t have a chipped card or your chip doesn’t work. If you have somebody who rescues you by letting you use their card, you have to add them as a driver and pay more. I then got a car that was filthy on the outside. Never again.
