Easy process and quick pick up. We used the after hour drop off which was very handy. Located right in Airlie so very convenient.
I will not be using Thrifty again - Thrifty staff called at 6:30am on a Saturday morning AWST asking me if I wouldn’t mind downgrading my car as they had overbooked. - Car rented had a crack in the windscreen >20cm long and in the zone of the wipers. Staff assured me it was legal, I later educated myself that it is illegal. Staff said they were waiting for my one way rental to the airport as this would bring the car closer to the location it was booked to be repaired. - Exterior of car was presented dirty with insects on bon... read more
We rocked up without a booking and were lucky enough to get a car. Fast and friendly staff. Car was new and in great condition. No hassels at all.
