I will not be using Thrifty again - Thrifty staff called at 6:30am on a Saturday morning AWST asking me if I wouldn’t mind downgrading my car as they had overbooked. - Car rented had a crack in the windscreen >20cm long and in the zone of the wipers. Staff assured me it was legal, I later educated myself that it is illegal.
