Absolute horror of a manager at the Thrifty Car Rental branch in Carmel, IN. I dropped off the car with a full tank of gas, per their instructions, but made the mistake of telling the manager that I had stopped at the gas station beforehand to top it off but couldn't find the rlease for the gas cap. (Big mistake!!). The manager shot me a snotty smirk and told me there wasn't a gas cap release.
