2 hour wait when I already had a reservation and was prepaid
I received excellent service during the rental pickup and drop off. My flight was the last one to get in for the night and the young Lady at the front desk waited for me to arrive. She was very friendly and had everything prepped for me. This was one of the easiest rental car pick ups from Thrifty.
Jessica is a rock star! My wife and I were stranded in Augusta when our van broke down on our way home to Charlotte. We had called Hertz as my company normally uses them and they reserved a car. Once we got an Uber to the airport, we were told that Hertz had no cars and were not even apologetic. Everyone else was also out or wanted crazy high rates. Enter Jessica and Thrifty... I've rented from this counter on a few occasions. Regardless of who was working that day, I always felt like they went out of their way to help me. James gets the Kudos today, because he did an awesome job helping me out. I highly recommend them to you all.
Thrifty and Hertz car rental company at Bishop Airport, Flint MI has the worst service ever. I would not recommend for anyone to rent from that company. The manager (Janet) is as useless is a person can be. I have no clue how in the world she could become the manager of any business.
CHECK THE CAR FOR DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location charged me for a damage to one of their vehicles that i did not cause. They told me "we have already inspected the vehicle, just sign here"..... big mistake. When i returned the car they charged me $500 + for repairs for the damage that was already there when i picked it up. Worse yet they send all of their claims through some scam artists company in Texas called Subrogation Management Team. Choose any company but this one, you'll be happier you did.
Small location off of airport in hidden plaza Rep "Antoinette" not sure of exact spelling was very helpful Only allow 150 miles daily if u r a local rental Car smelled of smoke, didnt ride smooth, tires slipped on wet roads, honestly didn't feel very safe in vehicle Mileage was 100 miles incorrect on contract . Had to inform them before leaving to avoid being charged eXtra fees for mileage Office not every clean or professional looking Would never rent from this location again
Thrifty rental cars in LAX has a very bad customer service. I had a quick question about policies on my rented car. I had to call several times to find someone to talk to. Finally, I had the opportunity to talk to the site manager. Very rude and irresponsible. Ultimately, I had to make a trip to the airport site to find out the answer to my question. This company provides slightly cheaper prices at the cost of very bad customer service. Will use other companies in the future.
