Wonderful check in experience with Rhonda. However, when I returned the car on time and full of fuel I was charged an extra day, a late fee, and the equivalent to less than a litre of fuel. I was promised a refund after disputing. Was told it would take 4-5 weeks to process. After that not happening I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They are also connected to Hertz at the airport. Stay away! Just stay away.
Beware of this rental agency. Due to flight issues, we arrived at 8 pm instead of noon. Expedia, who we booked the car through, had confirmed earlier in the day with their customer service that someone would be there to assist and provide the rental as they close at 6 pm on Fridays and are closed all day the next day on Saturday. Absolutely dreadful experience with this car rental company. Despite confirming my reservation twice, they suddenly refused to honor it due to some obscure age limit policy. Communication was abysmal and their professionalism was non-existent. Steer clear of this company!
Booked a 10 day rental 4 months prior to arrival. Plane was late. When we finally arrived and headed to the rental desk, the girl very curtly told me that we were late and she had given our rental away and didn't have any other cars. It was now 5:30 pm and I asked her what was I supposed to do. Told me to find another car somewhere else and then walked away from the desk. Be aware. I rented a car for 2 days. After a couple of days I found an extra $27 transaction on my credit card. no email with explanation. I did fill up the tank of gas. I have no idea what it is.
