No issues with pickup I arrived at 4pm my original pickup time was 1pm I did call ahead to let them know of my flight delays. No issues with return either. Was assigned a Bronco Sport. I believe the negative reviews were due to time people arrived (I took early flight so no line up whereas my friends took later flight and advised there was long line up for car rental) also pricing (which if you didnt book ahead be prepared to pay more ) I was skeptical as due to bad reviews but I can say I had great experience. Charged me exprbitantly! I was charged $220 for three days and then they charged an extra 350 on top of that saying some taxes and all. Never going to them again
Had to wait excessive amount of time for vehicle.
