There was only 1 staff member at the old city location. I believe he was trying his best, but they need to hire another. Even just a receptionist, so customers don't have to stand outside in a thunderstorm while the lone staff member is cleaning a car.
I rented a car from them 5 months ago. This week I was debited from my account for 110CAD under the name of Thrifty. They do not send an email with explanation, as well as calling they don't answer and their email is unfindable.

Pros: 3 cars were upgraded, clean & available at the time requested & 2 cars payments went smoothly on return. Cons: third car the payment is still pending on my debit card CAD$660 while they charged the original Australian credit card with the cost which now involves international exchange rate fees.
