Understaffed. One hour wait for a reserved car. Only one person servicing three rental car companies seems abusive to the employee. We have a plane to catch from Montreal airport. The guy working here is a hero though.

Fuimos a preguntar una duda y el chico que estaba atendiendo fue muy amable y atento.
There was only 1 staff member at the old city location. I believe he was trying his best, but they need to hire another. Even just a receptionist, so customers don't have to stand outside in a thunderstorm while the lone staff member is cleaning a car.
I rented a car from them 5 months ago. This week I was debited from my account for 110CAD under the name of Thrifty. They do not send an email with explanation, as well as calling they don't answer and their email is unfindable.
