I reserved a compact car to drive 17 each way hours for a family members funeral. When I arrived I was told there was not one compact car on the property. The reason I chose a compact was for fuel efficiency. The lady says you get to take the Jeep. A 4 door massive Jeep which she told me wasn't bad on fuel. I didn't have a choice. I paid almost $450 in gas. We thought renting would have been cheaper than flying. After adding the fuel on, I could have flown for another $100.00. They stole your money !!! NEVER NEVER TOUCHING THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service.
Booked a car and showed up for pick up only to find out they’re closed when google maps clearly shows they’re open until 6! Had to uber back and forth for nothing. 0 stars!
