I rented a great car and had wonderful customer service at the Sarasota Airport. Johnathan at the counter, Daniella the manager and Oliver were all super helpful. The entire process went surprisingly smoothly :) Highly recommend!
Rented from Thrifty and chose the Mystery Car as it's a fun not knowing. Well, was given a brand new Chevy Blazer. Very happy.
Paid for mid-size suv and got a compact that’s too small, offered another compact that’s too small and then offered a 3rd vehicle that is not mid sized but just took it to leave bc it fit our 2 luggages and 1 carry on bag. It was a 2026 that still had bugs and dirt on the windshield that had to be scraped off with a razor myself, passenger window still had glue all over from original window sticker and fuel was only 75% but marked 100.
