A seemingly simple task turned into an exceptional experience. I picked up a car with Dollar at the SRQ airport and was assisted by Ed — and he truly made the difference. He offered helpful car preferences without me even asking, and his customer service was absolutely top notch. Thank you, Ed, for such a welcoming and pleasant experience. People like him elevate the entire company to the next level!

what a rip off, they refused to accept my priceline rental car insurance that I bought when I booked online. Juanita lied to me and said it didn't cover their car if it was in an accident. I checked with priceline and it covers up to 75000 dollars for damage to their car. she said I couldn't have the car unless I bought more insurance from Thrifty. Their coverage is worse than priceline! when I called Thrifty corporate they had no answer. they just blew me off DO NOT RENT FROM Thrifty at SRQ

Dirty cars, hour wait for service, did not want to honor the reservation. Tried to have me go to the other rental companies for a car. I had to loose my temper in order for them to give me the price I received when I scheduled the rental 1 month before for this date. The seats are very dirty, the rug has rips, scratches on the body. I took pictures to protect myself. I asked for midsize car and has a little Toyota. After waiting for an hour I took it before I lost my mind.
