Awful experience. Waited for over an hour past our reservation to get the car and had barely any help from the staff.
Before I signed contract I questioned paying for insurance. He said you asked for it. I said I don’t want it and as I was looking for my Insurance he read the contract, said sign and verbally pushed through the line. If he was taught this tactic, Shame on You. I lost $200 on the transaction so he could help the next unsuspecting customer. Bad review!!!
I rented a tesla, there is no adapter so I can’t charge it at my hotel or anywhere. Hotel doesn’t have one. When i call there for an agent, it just gives busy signals, so I can’t resolve the issue. Vacation went out the window.
Returned my rental car on Monday and it is now Friday and Thrifty has been charging me $100 a day for a returned car because this location never bothered to close out my rental!! Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get someone here to help. The phone number listed for this location goes to an automated messaging system and the national line says someone will get around to it in 72 hours. Good and easy rental car company. Highly recommended. No issues with costumer service or either returning the car.
