the worst avoid
Book a rental car at short notice, all goes through with no issue. Arrive at the Counter to be told they don’t have a car ready… why did you accept the booking? And person at the counter clearly couldn’t care less.
Unbelievably slow service
If you have any other available options you should definitely go for it… the worst experience I have had so far… they make you wait for 30 minutes after all documentation is over, even though you have a reservation. More over, the registration lady was extremely arrogant and snop once you ask any questions. Last thing, if you want a smooth experience you should definitely DONT consider this brand
