Arrived on 28th Dec having pre booked my car months in advance. Car booked for 15:00, I was at the desk at 15:30. Waited 30 mins just to be seen only to be told it would be another 30 mins as they had no vehicles. I was reminded of the Seinfeld scene where he explains they had 1 job. It’s less funny when you’ve been travelling for 12 hours and got 2 young children. All the other desks had cars. Avoid this shambles.
