Incredibly long wait times with minimal amount of staff working the stalls. Even after paying for the deposit for the car, made us wait an extra 15 minutes due to not having a vehicle on site. How do we not have a SUV at a car rental place? After everything, wait time summed up to a total of nearly two hours.
Over an hour to collect the car. Returned it udamaged with a full tank, been charged over $500 despite being told at car return all was OK. Cannot find out why I have been charged, no replies to emails.
