Very good service. Nice car. Good rates.
It seems like every car rental at Pearson is woefully understaffed and unprepared. 1 guy at the desk, no more than 5 people, took 30 minutes to get checked in. There was briefly a second guy who mysteriously vanished and never came back. Truly awful
worst service ever, does not compare to enterprise for example. they just dont care. never renting from here again
My experience was exceed Expectations, they are friendly and helpful. I booked through Rentals cars website, my booking was Hyundai Sonata, they gave me bigger car, it was brand new , recommended.
My father and I were verbally abused by the lot attendant (Ed) when we picked up AND dropped off the car. We have yet to hear back from management regarding this issue despite promising a follow up.
