Pues un horror Una hora de fila para que te cojan la reserva Otra hora porque despues de los papeles, increible, no te dan el coche, tienes que esperar otra hora mas minimo. Imposible. Podia ser peor despues de la espera Ademas nos han dado un coche inferior al reservado Lo normal es que si no tienen el coche reservado te den uno mejor no uno peor Nos dan un Corolla machacado von 55.000 km y fatal Jamas reservare aqui de nuevo. Que espanto. Demasiada puntuacion para lo terrible que es.
If I could give a negative rating I would!!! It’s not rocket science to have the proper quantity of cars available for rental reservations!!! Waiting 1.5 hours for a confirmed reservation is absolutely unacceptable and a complete waste of customer’s time!!!
We arrived on time for pick up, 45 min later without any communication or updates - my wife went up and asked for an update the representative put her arms in the air and yelled do you want to cancel we can cancel - it was so rude and disrespectful its even beyond bad customers service, the employees have zero respect for other human beings.
No cars available.. despite reservation, because I got in an hour early. Service desk was rude and required me to sit for an hour and a half. Would not come back to this location.
Terrible service. We had to wait 30+ mins for our car even though we booked it weeks in advance They had other cars but would not upgrade us, like most other companies would. They overcharged us on the rental by $50.:The staff are clearly unsupported and have no wiggle room. Thrifty needs to better support their staff to provide good service to any remaining customers.
