Calgary airport pick up was slow almost 2 hours from arrival at desk to driving away. Car was not fully clean, inspection area was dark, costs on receipt relative to original booked price was unclear. When dropping of downtown Calgary staff could not tell me what size car I would be picking up in a weeks time or the cost of an additional weeks rental. Was told that office was closing in 9 minutes (4pm) my official drop back time was 4:30. Cancelled second booking and went with Sixt.
Rental did the job. Seats were stained. Car squeaked after warmed up.No rental agreement explanations at pick up. Thought "time due" was a street #, and therefore lost upon returning vehicle. Lucky I still returned on time, and not charged for an extra day. Vehicle not picked up full, but asked me if it was full on return. I didn't ask why, but explained I was returning with more gas than I was given. Poor customer service at both ends.
Do NOT recommend do not even have winter tires when we have such terrible winters here. One guy there his name was something like shahadat was so rude and has zero knowledge of what customer service is. I would never spend my money at this place and there are so many places in Calgary that have big selection to choose from unlike this location and where you are treated with respect not with such rudeness. I booked a car. When I arrived, it was not available. No apologies were provided by the primary staff member (who spoke overtop of the staff who welcomed me in) and no offer of help to explore booking through other nearby locations. I would recommend against booking here.
Didn't have a car available and only notified us a day prior to pick up. Am yet to receive a refund for the car we initally hired and were charged for a second car hire. Very unremorseful and didnt seem to care at all
