I booked a car. When I arrived, it was not available. No apologies were provided by the primary staff member (who spoke overtop of the staff who welcomed me in) and no offer of help to explore booking through other nearby locations. I would recommend against booking here.
Didn't have a car available and only notified us a day prior to pick up. Am yet to receive a refund for the car we initally hired and were charged for a second car hire. Very unremorseful and didnt seem to care at all

Scammed me $500 for a scratch that was already on the car. I’ve attempted to contact them for the past 9 months about it and I’ve been completely ignored. These people are criminals.
