I reserved an SUV for my upcoming trip to Vancouver (July 24–28) through Expedia. Today, I received a call from a representative at Thrifty Car Rental informing me that they were sold out and would not be able to provide the vehicle I had reserved, even though vehicles still appeared to be available for booking through Expedia and other online travel agencies.
