Absolute scam returned the car more full than when I got it but got charged anyway antiquated return policy with no elevator to get to the exit after return DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

They canceled my reservation of 15 days rental that I had payed online because of my race there are 3 hindús working at this location super unprofessional and useless I wouldn’t even recommend this to my worst enemy.

Absolutely terrible experience here. Despite reserving a car weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation email and number, I was informed upon arrival that they were completely sold out of cars. Apparently, they had “called me” to let me know - this never happened and was a complete lie. I asked why they did not send an email noting the cancellation and apparently they did not “have my email” - despite sending a confirmation email when I made the booking! J'ai réservé le véhicule via Rentalcars. Le service était parfait aucun problème rencontré. La caution initiale était de 1000 $ une fois arrivé à l'aéroport on m'a demandé seulement 350 $ de caution. Le véhiculé livré était propre et dans un état neuf. Je recommande cette Agence !
