We’ve been waiting for two hours now after they’ve taken our money for a car. No communication, no updates no one will stay at the counter long enough to just ask for a refund. We will see how long it takes. Communication goes a long way we’ve witnessed about 6 folks ahead of us wait two hours and then one lady working the counter gave two people ahead of us keys. Worst car rental counter ever. Two employees who couldn’t care less about the customers. There are six of us who have been waiting for our car for over an hour. These people are terrible, don’t care about their job, and couldn’t care less that they are the only car rental company in their airport with people having to wait for their car. They should all be fired!
I typically use Enterprise due to the company vehicle contract, well I needed to purchase my own rental and chose Thrifty, they didn't disappoint. Was cheaper, nice sized economy vehicle, easy to fill up, excellent customer service. My new go to.
Representatives were courteous and helpful. Return of vehicle was fast and hasslefree.
