I had booked a mid size SUV and the asian lady at the desk gave me a compact SUV as I was unaware of the car names and models in Canada. After reaching the parking lot I figured this was a smaller car. On confronting the Thrifty employee, i was told this is the only car left and I did not have any other option. After repeated requests, I was given another car that wasnt even cleaned properly. I was getting late after a 2 hr ordeal, so eventually left with the uncleaned car!

Customer service mentioned that they don't even have this location in their database. Why is it still in google?

They took my money for a reservation on July 14th, cancelled it on me on the 22nd, now its August 13th and they still haven't refunded my money. Spent 3 hours on the phone with "customer service", been given phone numbers for people who just give me another number.

I'd give it a zero if I could. The location we booked our rental for at 5pm closed at 4:55. So we called the main line. They told us to go to the nearest location. This one was permanently closed with nothing in the office. So now we have to hike to the airport, which we were trying to avoid. Regardless if price or quality, this customer service is beyond appalling!!!
