I give it a double zero! Completely unsatisfied. The prices they post on their website is far from what they end up charging with all these hidden fees. I could of bought a car with the money they charged. I thought and was told $435 for 7 days with a $500 deposit ended up a total of $990.87! Customer service didn't want to discuss anything basically telling me "oh well"

I was very disappointed. They overbooked so the vehicle type. I had prepaid for on a reservation was not available. They gave me an ev instead which was horrible. The milage was horrible per full charge. It also took 2 1/2 hours to get a full charge. I also had to locate charging stations along the way. Which was not too pleasant. A trip that should of taken me 9 1/2 hours to get there one way .. ended up taking me 17 1/2 hours. The worst experience ever. Missed my hotel reservation so I lost money there. First we were charged extra because they were going to give us an electric car, but we wanted a fuel-powered car. Then after we returned it they charged us more saying that we didn’t refill the car even after we sent them the receipt of where we completely filled the car right before returning it. What’s worse they charged us way more than the gas they’re claiming was missing would cost because we “violated the rental agreement”.

Terrible service. Booked online, and waited for an hour and a half in a line that wasn’t very long. People were rushing around, cars weren’t ready, the front desk people kept giving different pricing than before, if you didn’t confirm online you waited an hour longer than the rest of the people waiting. After a 5 hour flight this was the last thing we wanted to do. will never rent from thrifty ever ever again.
