If I could give negative stars I would, booked a car for Christmas Vacation here, went to pick it up on Christmas Eve and the location wasn't even open despite it saying it was online! Had to go home and cancel plans. Shameful business behavior on the part of the owner, hope they get what they deserve.
Great prices on nice cars & a very easy process to order a car in advance online. I'll be using their services again in the future if needed.
Great experience renting a car from Thrifty Car Rental on SW Marine. Renting from them made our road trip stress-free and more enjoyable. Car was clean and we were provided with the minivan that we wanted for our road trip. Shout out to Anish for excellent service and being so professional and personable. Would definitely use them again. PS. Try to arrive before the scheduled pickup time if you are able especially if you're picking up late afternoon before they close.
Very disappointed to be given a cheaper car than I had rented. Bought and paid for a Hyundai Sonata full size, was given a Hyundai Elantra and told it was full sized when I queried it. The difference in purchase price between a Sonata and Elantra is about ~$20k. Subsequently found out that Dollar do not advertise the Elantra as being full size. Cheated. Avoid.
Horrible horrible experience 0 stars never come here. I had booking with Thrifty that they had to reserve for me until 11:15. I call and tell them my cruise was late and I can't reach location by exactly 11:15 am, I would be there by 11:20am. I call and tell them this at 10:45 and then call again when I'm on route in uber at 11:00 to let them know I'm on way but will be couple minutes late.
